“With a flourish and a welcoming smile Kim enters the room and sets up to offer us a gem, a little story, a reading, a poem, something inspirational. I find in it a thought or a well-worded phrase that informs my practice and my day. Kim is a great teacher; practiced, inspired and grounded in the natural world. I feel very safe in her class and out of that trust, I have been able to grow my practice. Kim is real, unpretentious, and natural. Put all this together and you have a wonderful yoga teacher!

An adventure in self-discovery

Transformational breathing is the unification of the inhale and the exhale breath using diaphragmatic breathing with the intention of activating previously blocked breath patterns that have limited the full expression of ourselves.

In a breath work session, restricted breathing patterns are opened up, the body becomes super-oxygenated. Our innate wisdom brings us a unique and ideal experience that may include aspects of our personal history, past events and beliefs, and a connection to a greater spiritual reality to which we all belong.

Through this simple breathing technique, in a safe, supportive setting and Kim’s trained facilitation, you can experience a true state of consciousness that allows deep self-exploration, healing and personal transformation

“Trust that the big river of your life has a plan for you and let it carry you onward. Throw overboard those things that are weighing you down. Be open to revising your course. Take a deep breath and move into the current.”
